To honor Boston, one of the great historic cities in the United States, we adapted this antique engraved map from the 1800’s into a large multi-stage carving and etching on crystal. Wonderful details such as the famous Boston Commons Park shows dimensional tree symbols as tiny light-catching domes and several important buildings are also “raised” dimensionally, along with railroad tracks, the beautiful cartography title plaque, and simple compass rose.
